We were always about pleasing our customers and that's what we still focus on: happy customers.
So our philosophy is Service First. We never stop trying to provide personalized service to guarantee customer satisfaction. We never stop trying to provide the best of a range of quality foods to meet the varied tastes of our diverse customer base.

History....?
DIJON BALI opened as the first and only gourmet delicatessen in Bali, year 1999. No one had small sizes of anything in the gourmet line so we saw the need and opened, softly, in October. By Christmas, the news had spread and DIJON BALI was the place to be. The rest, as they say, is history.

Services....?
We provide chilled delivery service to many central areas with only a small minimum charge. Three times a week our chiller truck goes to customers in Ubud. Long distance customers can order, pay by transfer and have their special goods shipping to them. We happily wrap things for gifts or shipping and can order dry ice for those who request it. Yachts can order and have their food delivered to their moorage by appointment.

Community Participation....?

DIJON BALI has been involved in giving back to the community for many years. One of the well known ways is our monthly bookswap on the last Saturday of every month except December. This is a real exchange, with no sales. Dijon is a drop off point for Yayasan Senyum or the SMILE Foundation. All items donated to DIJON BALI go directly to the Smile Shop to be sold to finance facio-cranial operations for children who just can't afford medical care. We also donate vouchers and gifts to a variety of community activities like SKAL or Rotary events.
