DIJON caters to the special tastes of the international community
of expats with their very particular needs. Customers feel free to
ask about their own favorite products and the management does everything
possible to make sure that these products (or similar items) come
in. New ideas are tried; if popular, they continue. If not, something
else is tried. |

Service is the key word, with the staff trained to treat each
and every customer like the special person he/she is. For a first
in Bali, most bags are carried to your car. Ice is included on request
for those taking meat or milk to distant destinations. Sign up orders
for items like fresh clams and mussels are put on the bulletin board
regularly; customer standing orders are common. |

Another
service DIJON offers is free delivery in designated areas; for a minimum
order of Rp 200,000, grocery orders are delivered by motorbike to Sanur,
Kerobokan, Seminyak and Kuta. Refrigerated trucks go to Ubud twice a week
for delivery service to Ubud residents. For same day delivery service
Monday through Saturday orders must be received by 11:00 am if sent by
e-mail and 2:00 pm, if ordered by fax.

An unseen part of DIJON's commitment to customer service is the generator,
installed before the opening, to ensure that goods which need to be refrigerated
are, in spite of frequent “lights out”.

Gift vouchers are available! In denominations of Rp 100,000 and up,
DIJON can provide either a letter or a card, both on DIJON stationery.
An easy way to solve your gift giving needs. And if you want something
a little more complicated, DIJON creates food parcels to your order. Hampers,
baskets or bags - we have something for everyone.
DIJON Food Specialities - it's more than just
a store!
